Cross-Training Drop-In Program: COED Age 10 & up, Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm

This 1 ½ hour COED drop-in program is designed for athletes from other sports such as skiing, snowboarding, parkour and mountain biking to come into the gym and work on spatial awareness, air awareness, spinning and flipping. Emphasis is on safe landings and learning by progression. After a group warm-up and stretch, the gym is open for participants to work on skills of their choice.

This is NOT a drop in gymnastics class and is specifically for cross trainers

Adult Drop-In Program: COED, Age 16 & up, Wednesdays 8:00-10:00 pm

This 2 hour COED program is provides an opportunity for adults to play in the gym! No previous experience is required and we provide a fun, safe environment for adults from all sporting backgrounds to refine their skills. After a group warm-up and stretch, the gym is open for participants to work on skills of their choice. Emphasis is on safety and having fun!
